Responsible for cleaning and repairing used rental equipment.
Will be responsible for programming and testing devices to ensure they meet VRI quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Clean and inspect returned VRI devices.
Ensure device functionality and meets quality specifications.
Responsible for verifying via that burn in process the vitality of the battery life.
Test device into MAS to ensure voice quality.
Ensure all equipment that is collected, cleaned and reflected in VRI's inventory.
Scan device accurately into Rivet software.
Responsible for meeting daily and team goals.
Responsible for documentation following established VRI guidelines.
Ability to resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answer and alternative solutions; implementing solution and /or escalating unresolved.
Abide by Compliance Department standards for documentation.
Maintain order process via shipping que.
Ensure products are shipped out according to VRI standards according to shipping schedule.
Log into shipping phone que to answer internal communications regarding shipping.
Responsible for informing Shipping & Refurbishment Lead of inventory needs.
Responsible for packaging devices properly for shipment including required device documentation.
Maintain VRI Quality Assurance standards.
Maintain access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials.
Refer client complaints to appropriate persons.
Maintain protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of related professional experience required Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
